The Office of Information Technology is running an audit of all WebCT courses. This audit will help us identify when course spaces will be used again. Additionally it will provide information on the number and complexity of tools used in the course space.

Courses will be scheduled to move to the new system according to their term of use and complexity, with the bulk of simpler courses moving before the much smaller number of complex courses. Instructors and other owners of course spaces will receive an email informing them when OIT plans to move their course space(s) to ELMS.
